CDBG Micro Enterprise Loan Fund

Funded by Washington State Community Development Micro Loan Grant

• Available in Adams, Asotin, Ferry, Garfield, Grant, Lincoln, Pend Oreille, Stevens, Whitman, and rural Spokane counties.
• Targets: (1) Designed to assist low-to-moderate income business owners. (2) Also used for low-to-moderate income applicants who are starting a small business.
• Same eligibility requirements as CDBG Business Loan Fund.
• Loans from $500 to $10,000.
• Borrower must have positive net worth.
• Job creation not required if Borrower is certified low-to-moderate income.
• A great deal of latitude is available concerning collateral and terming on these loans.
• Business normally required to receive technical assistance from qualified agency.
• We encourage applications from women and minority borrowers
