Received approval from EPA for investigation of contamination at the proposed Newport Business Park site.

Seattle City Light relicensing studies for Boundary Dam have begin in earnest within the study area north of Box Canyon Dam.  These will continue for the next two years.

Tri-county Economic Development District recognizes that recreation and tourism are a key element of economic development. To this end, we have two volunteers devoted to recreation and tourism and are guiding the effort to create an independent, sustainable visitor’s bureau.
